Hi, my name is Dar, I'm a programmer/physicist.
I enjoy working on hard engineering, math, or physics-y problems wherever
they may be.
I have a lot of experience in building control software for large, complicated
hardware systems, including testing and documentation.
Currently I work at CalTech, working a NASA project to build a telescope looking for dangerous asteroids.
I build simulation and data processing tools which simulate many millions of asteroids.
Previously I worked at SpaceX on the Starlink satellite constellation.
I was a part of the team which handles the scheduling of ground and satellite antennas
for ~1800 satellites.
I used to do mostly experimental work, starting with big lasers:
